We do fire drill twice a year because of what we can fully evacuate our floor within two minutes. Factory has got Three exits and emergency exits in two units. Factory is designed in such manner so that cross ventilation is ensured and workers can work comfortably.
Moreover we have provided separate water supply system of pure drinking water in the production floors.
Worker’s Average Age :-
As per Local rules and BGMEA (Bangladesh Garment Manufacturer & Exporter’s Association) rules minimum age for garments worker is 18 years. We don’t used to recruit any worker under 18 years old.
